Wandstorm Terms of Use

Wandstorm is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add only the plain statements below; where they differ from the EULA, the EULA controls.

What you get

• Wandstorm is a free iOS game. It plays offline and has no user accounts.
• Wandstorm offers one optional starter pack, sold and billed by Apple through its in-app purchase system; refunds are handled by Apple.
• Version 1.0 contains no ads SDK and does no tracking.
• Wandstorm is not directed at children under 13.

Privacy

Wandstorm collects no data from you. The privacy policy describes this in full. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

Changes

If the app or these terms change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change.
